Officer Felix Sung

On April 7, 2012, President Clarissa Balmaseda attended FALEO’s (Filipino American Law Enforcement Officer’s) 2nd Annual Scholarship Award Banquet. She had the pleasure and honor to present San Francisco Police Officer Felix Sung a check from the NAAALEC Fallen/Injured Officer’s Grant.

On December 7, 2008, Officer Felix Sung was involved in a terrible motorcycle accident on his way to participate in a Toy Drive at the San Francisco General Hospital. Officer Sung lost control of his motorcycle on a wet and slippery street and collided with a parked car. Officer Sung sustained life-threatening injuries, including a broken neck and severe facial injuries. Officer Sung has been on disability and unfortunately, this will expire in April 2012. Officer Sung joined the San Francisco Department in 1995 and is know for his infectious smile and quiet demeanor. He is an outstanding and very professional Police Officer. Officer Sung is a devoted family man and has much love for his family. His dedication towards his job gives his determination to one day come back to San Francisco Police Department.
